We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75.

Packaging
Discs are shipped in a padded mailer with a poly bag and cardboard to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Expedited Shipping

Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it-unthrown/unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on discs/products that have been thrown. Drop shipped items, certain sale items, and mystery boxes or envelopes/gem boxes are also not eligible for return.
- Possible Credit: Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, and we may be able to work out a credit for 75% of the value.
- Excessive Returns: Excessive use of our free return policy (more than 12 returns per year) may result in shipping costs being covered by the customer. This is at our discretion.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
