Return & Exchange Policy

At The Player's Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unthrown/unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at [Your Contact Email] to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on discs/products that have been thrown. Drop shipped items, certain sale items, and mystery boxes or envelopes/gem boxes are also not eligible for return.

  • Possible Credit: Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, and we may be able to work out a credit for 75% of the value.

  • Excessive Returns: Excessive use of our free return policy (more than 12 returns per year) may result in shipping costs being covered by the customer. This is at our discretion.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
