At The Player’s Store, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Discs: Typically ship within 1 business day.

  • Apparel: Typically ships within 3-5 business days.
     

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75.
     

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
     

Shipping Carriers

  • We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.


Packaging

  • Discs are shipped in a padded mailer with a poly bag and cardboard to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [Your Contact Email]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
     

Delayed Orders
